Balcony repair
We repair balconies damaged by a storm or by moisture: surfaces, finishes and paint.
Hurricane repair
A hurricane or a storm can leave a property open to the weather. We help get it covered and repaired, from emergency roof tarps to water-damaged walls, paint and floors. For homes, buildings and apartment complexes.
Working in Tampa, with our base in Orlando, Florida. Serving Central Florida and the Tampa Bay area.
When a tree comes down or the wind opens up a roof, the first job is keeping the rain out. We can place an emergency tarp on a damaged roof so the property is covered while the repair is planned.
A tarp is a temporary cover, not a permanent repair.
For a storm emergency, call (407) 280-8786, day or night.
Besides emergency tarps and water damage, here is what we repair after a storm.
We repair balconies damaged by a storm or by moisture: surfaces, finishes and paint.
We repair or replace gutters that a storm damaged.
Once the damage is repaired, we finish the job with paint, new flooring and carpentry: baseboard, trim, doors and cabinets.

Wind-driven rain and roof leaks soak walls, ceilings and floors. As part of the repair, we remove the damaged drywall and wall materials, replace them, and finish with paint and flooring.
Not sure how far the water reached? Send photos of each room and we will go over them with you.
A storm does not stop at one door. We repair storm damage at residential complexes and commercial buildings, as well as homes.
If you own or manage a property, list the units or areas that were damaged and send a few photos of each. That helps us understand the size of the job.
Your insurance company decides what your policy covers. Contact your insurer to verify coverage before you sign a contract.
A few steps before a storm is forecast can make the days after easier.
Yes. Emergency calls are answered 24 hours a day. Call (407) 280-8786 and tell us what happened and where the property is. Our regular hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6:30 PM.
Put safety first: stay away from fallen power lines and standing water, and do not climb onto a damaged roof. When it is safe, take photos of the damage. If rain is getting in through the roof, call us about an emergency tarp.
Send a few photos and tell us where the property is.
